We are looking to expand our team with a CNC Setter/Operator role
The Successful CNC Miller – Setter / Operator – Requirements:
- Proven experience setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines
- Strong experience with Mazak machining centres
- Experience machining one-offs and small batch precision components
- Comfortable working to tight tolerances
- Self-inspection using micrometers, verniers and gauges
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your machine
- Experience of 5-axis machining desirable
- Ideally Apprenticeship or NVQ served in machining,
- Knowledge of manual machining methods, bench work and welding would be beneficial
The Successful CNC Miller – Setter / Operator / Programmer – Package:
- Pay Negotiable depending on experience
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:15pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm
- Permanent position
- Early finish every Friday
- Overtime opportunities available
- Stable, long established family business
- Located in central Birmingham
